You will be responsible for the management of different key accounts and some prospection.
e.g. Carrefour, Fnac, Fun, Cora, Dreamland,...

Your mission is to negotiate the year agreements and elaborate powerful commercial plans to increase the turnover and market shares in BELUX.

You will be in the sales team, reporting to the Sales Manager;

The Job description:

Negotiation & business development (50%):

  • You will be in charge of the year-agreements, contracts and commercials plan.
  • You will propose, innovate and recommend solutions to develop sales.
  • You will recommend – negotiate the application of the commercial policy.
  • You will help the field sales representatives during more complex “shop” negotiations.
  • You will forecast the highlights of the year (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas,...).
  • You will Frame the needs of POS-tools (displays, posters, furniture, animation, etc.)

Internal & external collaboration (35%):

  • You will participate and contribute to various meetings (Marketing, Logistic, Sales, Field-meeting).
  • You will have contact with district managers of major retailers.
  • Anticipate business decisions impacting sales and production.
  • Field visits

Analysis and presentations (10%):

  • You will do monthly and ad hoc summaries of key information from your KA.
  • You will do analysis (category, brands, product mix) useful for the development of your portfolio.
Your profile:

  • At least a Bachelor degree in Economics/Marketing or equivalent by experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a KAM in a Food / Non- Food company.
  • Knowledge of sales effectiveness tools processes and category management.
  • Solid leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and relational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Organized, result-oriented, simplification and prioritization spirit.
  • Willing to drive change, efficiency, and effectiveness in close collaboration with other departments.
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch, knowledge of English is a strong asset.
  • Expertise in MS office package: Excel, Powerpoint, Word and CRM- applications
